[03/09/2011] #pcsx2: Giga, its an AMD x4 955 OC'd to 3.8ghz with an ATI HD 5670, i can do 60 FPS in other things and "most" of the time it manages 60 FPS in games on PCSX2

[03/09/2011] #pcsx2: For me atleast it seems that games slow down as it adds more and more layers over the screen, for example opening menus in games tends to drop the FPS along with things like the game pausing the image
